We are thrilled to announce that Cross Care picked up an award at the National Stars of Social Care Awards 2023 at the weekend. Having been shortlisted for 5 awards, we walked away with the 'Reducing Isolation Award' won by our Yazmin and additionally our Neil was highly commended in the 'Joy Maker' award category. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team and the exceptional services they have been delivering to the individuals we care for. We would also like to thank all those that have supported Cross Care, the staff, the individuals, their family and loved ones and a huge congratulations to Yazmin, Neil and all the others shortlisted.
