Providing Care at Home
At Cross Care we believe in offering the best possible care to everyone*. Each individual we care for, receives a person centred care plan, tailored to their needs and wants. Home Care is an alternative to a residential home, where you remain in the comfort of your own home with your memories, whilst receiving the highest standard of care. We work closely with you, your loved ones and health care professionals to ensure the correct care is provided. Care plans regularly reviewed to ensure that care needs are kept up to date.
All our care support workers are fully trained with some having worked in the care sector for many years. Care isn't just a job, our care support workers work in Health and Social care because they are passionate about their role genuinely want to make a difference to lives of others.
*Our care packages are only available to individuals of 18 years old and over.
Using our digital system from PASSsystem, families and loved ones can also track the care and support we offer to individuals via the openPASS mobile app (iOS and Android compatible) and retrieve up-to-date information and communicate with us about services such as care visit times, administered medication and more.
